Today is the first day of school. Marianne went with me this morning and helped me find my class. I thought I will never make it through the first day. The people are nice but different from the people I am used to be with. Of course, everybody's talking in French and as much as I want to express my thoughts, some things are just not meant to happen on your first week of exchange ;)

I met Hanane, she's very nice and she helped me around with almost everything! If it weren't for her, I know I won't make it through. Thank you, God, for her. Also, Chloe and Mathilde were very nice. They said that I might be able to understand some things (and also converse in French) in a month, so we'll see!

Classes ended at 12, and instead of going to the self, I went home instead. I was shy to approach my other classmates because I just knew them (saw, actually). On the way home, I went to the church. ( I have to move to the next paragraph for this).

In my week-long stay here in France, I have met a lot of people and went to different places. It was actually so nice, but today was different. Today is the real thing. I went to church before heading home. I knew that I was in the right place, and I am talking to the right one. It was funny because I've been crying inside because I miss my family, my friends, and everything else about the Philippines.

I BOUGHT PIZZA AFTER THAT.

At around 3, I went to place de Jaude (I rode the bus alone!) to meet Ana, a rebound who went to Thailand for her exchange year this year. We went around the place and did shopping. It was nice to talk to someone who understands your situation. She can literally finish the sentences that I begin to say. C'est tres cool! ;) It was really good to be with someone who understands how painful it is to be away. THANKS ANA! :)

And now, I'm back home. I just had dinner with Herve and Blandine (They are really nice, by the way) Oh, Busog nanaman! ;)
